You are required to provide truthful, accurate, current, and complete information at the time of registration and to keep such information updated at all times. 5mbw is not liable for any loss resulting from your failure to maintain accurate account information. Providing false registration details is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorized by you or not — shall be your sole responsibility. You must notify 5mbw immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.
5mbw is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures in compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering regulations and PAGCOR directives. You may be required to provide a government-issued photo ID (e.g., Philippine passport, driver's license, UMID, or PhilSys National ID), proof of address, and source-of-funds documentation. Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe may result in withdrawal restrictions or account suspension.
All transactions on the 5mbw Platform are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP / ₱). Deposits may be made through approved payment channels, which currently include GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and bank transfer. Additional payment methods may be added or removed at the Company's discretion.

In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms, the promotion-specific term shall prevail for that promotion only.
Unless otherwise stated, all bonus credits are subject to a wagering requirement that must be completed before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in each promotion's specific terms. Wagering requirements count only from eligible game categories as specified in the individual promotion terms.
5mbw maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. Prohibited conduct includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times; using low-risk betting strategies to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine game play risk; coordinating with other players to exploit promotional offers; and wagering bonuses on excluded game types. Where bonus abuse is identified, 5mbw reserves the right to void bonuses, forfeit associated winnings, and permanently ban the associated account.
Bonus credits and free spins are valid for the period specified in the promotion terms. Unused bonus credits and associated winnings will expire automatically upon the stated date. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.

RNG certification is conducted by independent third-party testing laboratories to ensure that game outcomes are statistically random, unpredictable, and not manipulated by the Platform or any external party.

In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session, the affected round may be voided. 5mbw will not be liable for bets placed during periods of technical error. The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 5mbw Platform. Violation of any prohibition in this section constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, potential permanent ban, and forfeiture of any balance held:
5mbw reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to: suspected fraud; violation of these Terms; regulatory requirement; or failure to complete KYC verification. Where an account is closed for reasons other than a Terms violation, any verified balance remaining in the account will be returned to the Player via the original payment method used for deposit, subject to applicable verification requirements.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 5mbw, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or interruption of service.
5mbw's total liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising from the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by the Company's negligence, where such exclusion is prohibited by law.
The collection, use, storage, and protection of your personal data by 5mbw is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By using the Platform, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
